You are reminded that in order to sell a week that you own, you must be up to date with the payment of your maintenance fees.
The Members below are prepared to sell their weeks.
To buy you should :-
Contact the member direct to negotiate a price and agree how to pay. Please note there will be an administration fee of £100 payable to Colleoli Owners Association.
Check with the vendor whether maintenance fee for the current year has been paid and whether the week has been booked and/or used.
Contact John Kay at who will then liaise with both parties to arrange documentation and formal transfer of ownership.
Note:- Any sale is a private agreement and COA have no obligation or liability.
